Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how Flowzy users can request deletion of their account data and any Instagram-related data processed through our Meta integrations.

1. Delete From Your Flowzy Dashboard
If you can still access your Flowzy account, disconnect Instagram from the Integrations page and remove any automations that depend on it. This stops new syncing and message activity immediately.
2. Request Account And Data Deletion
Email privacy@flowzy.one from the address tied to your Flowzy account with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. Include your Flowzy account email and, if relevant, your Instagram username or connected Facebook Page name.
3. What Flowzy Deletes
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize your Flowzy profile data, connected integration tokens, stored automation configuration, and related operational data unless we must retain specific records for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
4. Confirmation Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. If we need more time because of legal or security review, we will let you know by email.
Need Help With A Meta-Linked Account?
If you also want to revoke Flowzy's access from Meta directly, remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram-connected Business integrations after submitting your Flowzy deletion request.
