No Refunds Policy
Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate access to premium features (including DM automation, AI content tools, storefronts, and integrations), Flowzy does not offer refunds for any payments made. This includes monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and custom services. All sales are final.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active and you will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further billing or renewals will occur after you cancel.
Billing Inquiries & Discrepancies
If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact our support team at support@flowzy.one immediately. We will investigate the issue and handle billing discrepancies on a case-by-case basis.
