By accessing or using Flowzy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flowzy.

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

Some of our services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of our services. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy or required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowzy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the platform, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowzy excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Flowzy makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided on the website.

In no event shall Flowzy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Our services integrate with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) through official APIs. You agree to comply with all applicable Meta Platform Policies, Terms of Service, and Developer Policies. We are not responsible for changes to Meta's policies that may affect our services. You acknowledge that automation features must be used in accordance with Meta's guidelines and that violations may result in account suspension or termination by Meta.
